Dad’s Toolbox was built on real-world experience and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.

Our founder John Radu is EPA universally certified and graduated with high honors from The Refrigeration School (RSI) in Phoenix with a diploma in Electro-Mechanical Technologies. With eight years of experience as a maintenance supervisor for apartment and condominium communities, he developed extensive hands-on expertise in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs. Dad’s Toolbox was created to bring that same level of professional service directly to homeowners and businesses.

What started as a one-man operation has grown into a family-run business. After building the company independently, it became a natural step to expand. Our founder’s brother was brought into the business. Anthony Radu contributes a strong background in construction, landscaping, and playground construction for schools and churches, further strengthening the range and quality of services we offer.
